Type of activity: Canyoning on the “Vrisa” stream + lunch 

• 09am: meeting at “Laorafting”, our base in Laino Borgo, and registration at the administrative office. 
• 10 am: arrival at the “Lao River Camp”, our second base in Campicello, briefing and preparation for Canyoning on the “Vrisa” stream. 
• 1pm: end of the route and return to the “Lao River Camp” for lunch; possibility to take a shower. 
• 1.30 pm: lunch based on typical local zero-km products. Free access to the green area.
