Type of activity: Canyon Rafting 16 km + dinner + night in a tent + Canyoning “Vrisa” torrent + Lunch

• 2.00 pm: meeting at “Laorafting”, our base in Laino Borgo, registration at the administrative office and preparation for the descent. 
• 2.30 pm: briefing by the river and departure for the 16 km “Canyon” Rafting route. 
• 5.30 pm: end of the route and arrival at the “Lao River Camp”, our second base in Campicello; possibility to take a shower. 
• 6:30 pm: preparation of the base camp for the night; setting of tents; collecting wood for fire. 
• 8:30pm: dinner based on typical zero-km products. 
• 08:30 am: breakfast. 
• 09:30 am: briefing and preparation for the “Canyoning” activity. 
• 12:30 pm: end of the canyoning activity and return to the “Lao River Camp” for lunch; possibility to take a shower. 
• 1.00 pm: lunch; at the end return to Laorafting in Laino Borgo, greetings and return home.
